Rent Storage Online!
Do I need a storage protection plan?
Yes. We require that you have a protection plan when renting with iLockStorage. Either you can purchase a plan through us as you are checking out, or you can provide proof of your own plan. We offer a range of plans for you to choose from, and our storage experts can help you determine the best fit for your storage needs. If you have your own plan, please send in that proof ASAP upon completing your storage rental.
What discounts do you offer?
iLockStorage offers a variety of storage discounts for our different tenants. Our senior discount gives 5% off monthly to our customers ages 65 and up. Our military discount features 10% off monthly for active duty military members—thank you for your service! And when you refer a friend, both you and your friend receive $50 off your next storage rental. We give you plenty of ways to save money on self storage near you!
How can I pay my bill online?
At the top of the iLockStorage website, there is a button that says “Pay Bill.” Click this button, and enter your login information to access your account. Then you can select the storage unit you would like to pay the bill for. Additionally, you can pay for your upcoming month’s bill.
Do you sell locks?
Yes. When you stop by our storage offices, you can look through our wall of storage supplies, which includes locks, boxes, furniture covers, and so much more. Pack up your items with quality packing supplies to ensure they stay protected throughout their time in storage.
What storage unit size should I rent?
At iLockStorage we offer plenty of different storage unit sizes near you to fit your needs. The specific size you will need might depend on what items you are looking to store and for how long. For a quick sizing estimation, enter your items into our online storage calculator. It will give you an accurate storage unit size to handle your storage load.
How do I reach someone at iLockStorage after hours?

Do you have movers?
No. Currently, our storage facility does not offer a moving service. You can check our Neighborhood Friends board, inside our storage office, which features business cards of local businesses within the immediate area. These are businesses that have built a relationship with our storage facility and are local businesses we trust and support in the community. Search our Neighborhood Friends board to find moving services in your area.
Do you have truck rentals?
No, iLockStorage does not offer on-site truck rental services. Look through our Neighborhood Friends board to find a moving truck to rent near you.
Do you hold storage auctions?
Yes. While it is an unfortunate circumstance when we have a storage unit go up for auction, it is part of the self storage business. Auctions of storage units occur after fulfilling the state lien law procedure of someone who has not made a payment on their unit. iLockStorage auctions will be held online at Lockerfox.com. Visit the site, and entire the zip code of our storage facility to check out our current storage auctions.
Can I rent a storage unit short term?
Yes. We offer month-by-month leasing to give you the flexibility to rent short-term or long-term—however long you need.
Can I live or sleep in a storage unit?
No. It is illegal to live in a storage unit—prohibited by various local and federal housing laws. Not to mention, it is considered extremely unsafe, since storage unit doors lock from the outside and do not have running water to support a residence.
When I rent online, can I access my storage unit right away?
Yes. A perk of renting storage with us online is that you can move into your storage unit right after you receive your confirmation email. Our contactless storage rentals let you search through our available storage units, choose your best fit, and complete your rental all online. Just a few clicks and you are good to go.
Can I access my storage unit at any time?
No, but our storage facility does offer extensive gate hour access. Our facility’s storage gate hours are from 6:00 am – 10:00 pm.
